(To populace) Without the assistance of many gentles, it would be impossible to carry out the duties of our station. This noble lord/lady has given selflessly of his/her time and effort to ease the burdens of our office, and we would honor him/her today.

Know ye that whereas we perceive that it is becoming to our station that we should exalt with singular honor all those who show themselves constant in our service, hence it is that we name ________ as a bearer of the Cordon of Honor as a sign of our favor. Thus the merits of these inward virtues may be outwardly confirmed, and may, by example, allude to many virtuous deeds. ORDER OF THE GILDED LEAF CEREMONY

TE: In years past, the Barony of Caerthe looked for a way to honor those gentles whose great works in the arts and sciences have contributed to the enrichment of our fair lands, and so the Order of the Gilded Leaf was created to acknowledge these good gentles endeavors.

HERALD: Her Excellency calls before her the Companions of the Order of the Gilded Leaf.

TE: We have determined that we wish to add to your number. Please call forward _______________.

HERALD: Let _____________ come before Her Excellency.

ORDER OF THE ASPEN CEREMONY

HERALD: Caerthe long ago determined to find means to honor those serving the Barony well and faithfully above and beyond that service normally expected of subjects of the Coronet. Therefore, the Order of the Aspen of Caerthe was established, and the sign of the order is a medallion emblazoned: Sable, a sun or, charged with an aspen leaf vert.

Therefore does Her Excellency call before her the Companions of the Order of the Aspen.

TE: We have determined that we wish to add to your number. Please call forward _______________.

TE: There are among us certain individuals who shine as examples of the Dream we hold dear. These gentle folk serve as an inspiration, and to honor them, Caerthe created the Order of the Dreamer’s Cup long ago. This day we would add to the Companions of this noble Order.

HERALD: Let ______________ come forward.

TE: Your example has inspired many gentle folk. Today, we would add your name to the Companions of the Order of the Dreamer’s Cup.

HERALD: Long ago, Caerthe determined to find means to honor those gentles who have dedicated time and study to defend our fair Barony against all enemies, and who have shared of their expertise so that our defense shall never falter. Therefore was the Order of the Sable Lion created, to give due recognition to those gentles whose martial skill have contributed to the welfare of our populace.

Her Excellency calls before her the Companions of the Order of the Sable Lion.

TE: We have determined that we wish to add to your number. Please call forward ____________.

HERALD: Let ______________ come before Her Excellency.

We further grant ____________ the right to bear the badge of the Order, to wit: Two swords crossed in saltire gules surmounted by a lion’s head erased sable, that all may know of the esteem in which he/she is held.
